If you would like to send in a physical check either from home or through your financial institution’s bill pay, please make it payable to

Your AppFolio Lockbox Account number must be included in the memo line. Your AppFolio Lockbox Account number is located at the bottom of your statement under your name.

Drop Off A Payment: 

While we do not recommend dropping off a payment, you may bring your payment in the form of a check or money order (no cash or credit cards accepted). Only our Beaverton location will accept physical payments. Your account number must be written on the check, or it will cause a deposit delay. 

We are located at 4915 SW Griffith Drive #300, Beaverton, OR 97005. Our office is open 8-5 Monday-Friday. There is no after-hours drop-off access. Checks received at our office are scanned to our lockbox account and take 1-2 business days to process.
