AppFolio Portal Payment Options


Within your tenant/homeowner portal, you'll find a range of convenient payment options tailored to suit your preferences. Simply login to your portal and go to the PAYMENTS tab on the side. Opt-in for an e-check for an automatic withdrawal directly from your bank account or choose the flexibility of using a credit or debit card. We've designed these options to make your payment experience as seamless and hassle-free as possible. Feel free to explore and select the method that best aligns with your needs on your dedicated portal. 


AppFolio applies a fee for e-check transactions, while your banking institution and credit card companies may impose processing fees of their own. 


AppFolio Cash Payment Option: 


While Bluestone will not accept cash there is another way to pay in cash. Electronic Cash Payments are offered as a payment option for tenants and homeowners. Print, email, or electronically share a unique PaySlip from your AppFolio portal for you to present at a participating location to make your payment with cash.  An Electronic Cash Payment receipt is created in AppFolio within 10-15 minutes of payment. Fees will apply, like using a money order.
